We envisioned a classic-modernist design with a minimalist sumptuousness, animating classical simplicity with modern amenities and luxurious comfort.

Visitors discover subtle surprising moments as they navigate the space–familiar elements and materials are infused with a richness of color and material at surprising moments.

Organic materials impart a feeling of comfort, while reflective polished surfaces seem to expand the space beyond its physical boundaries. Translucent elements allow tantalizing views into veiled spaces.

Large outdoor spaces provide a large mattress landscape of water, “dry pools” and terraces, awaiting activation by the users.
